Refund and Returns Policy

At MTD Crochet, each piece is handmade with care and carefully checked before dispatch.

Returns

If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to contact us and request a return.

Once you have told us you would like to return an item, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition and returned with any original packaging where possible.

Please contact us before sending any item back so we can confirm the return details.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked postal service when returning an item, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in the post.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be made back to the original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or receiving proof that the item has been sent back.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your name, order number if you have one, and clear photos of the issue so we can help resolve it.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement where possible, repair where appropriate, or refund.

Personalised or Made-to-Order Items

Personalised or made-to-order items cannot usually be returned if you simply change your mind, unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

One-of-a-Kind Handmade Items

All MTD Crochet pieces are one of a kind.

This means an exact replacement may not always be possible.

If an issue occurs with a one-of-a-kind item, we will do our best to offer a fair and suitable solution.
